Here he is getting his first taste of cereal! Look at those chubby cheeks!!
Here he is hanging out in the chair. He couldn't even sit up by himself and now he's all over the place!

The first one was mine... all mine! It was a Chocolate Malt cupcake from a place called GiGi's. The 2nd one was called Kid's Cake and it was for Clay. Look at all that icing! The icing was as tall... actually taller than the cupcake! They were amazing!!! You can't eat the whole thing in one sitting... I could barely get through half of mine!I know from his face you can't tell that he liked it... but he ate it up! Then Mark tried to feed it to him the 2nd night and he just sucked off the BBQ sauce and spit the tofu out! So... a no-go on the tofu!
He still has a major obsession with Elmo and I've been trying to get him to say "Elmo" on camera. I finally got it the other night...
See, it sounds kind of like "Mama"! I have been trying forever to get him to call me Mama... but I guess Elmo is much more fun than Mama is.
We also tried to teach him how to color. Yeah... he wasn't much interested in it.
He was more interested in eating the crayons. We'll keep trying! I predict a budding artist in our future!!!

This is his chair we're trying to teach him to sit in. He's determined that he likes it better turned upside down so he can crawl around on it like a jungle gym.
It's hard to imagine that this time last year your amazing feat was rolling over both ways and doing the motor boat sound! Now you're a walking, talking ball of energy that never seems to stop! (I wouldn't have it any other way!)
And are trying to get you to sit in your "recliner" as I like to call it...
You are very unpredictable as far as food goes. One minute you love hamburgers from Burger King, the next you're throwing them on the floor in disgust. You NEVER turn down avocado and you LOVE your Little Debbie snack cake desserts you get after dinner. You are starting to take bites off of food, so we don't have to cut up everything in teeny, tiny bite-sized pieces. You have an obsession with Ritz crackers and get really excited when I pull the box out. You still LOVE Nutri-grain bars and any kind of fruit. I'm having trouble getting you to drink your milk, but you never turn down juice (which I still mix with water - you don't know what your missing and hopefully won't know for a little longer!).

So now we are back inside staying nice a warm - most likely going to watch Sesame Street a couple hundred times!
He was NOT lovin' it! Bless his heart! He's getting over an intestinal track infection he got this past weekend. We had to take him for an emergency visit to the vet Sunday night because he had gotten dehydrated - which doesn't take much for a 4.5 pound little dog! He's pretty much back to 100%, thank goodness!!!
And here he is on our "Death Machine". I was freaked out at first because if you look over to one side of the trail, it's a drop off.... to nothing! It took me a while to get used to, but once I realized my husband was not going to intentionally throw me off, I relaxed and enjoyed the ride!
Here's the one group picture I got from the week. Look at all that snow!
Even though you can't tell by looking at the picture (could be those giant, uncomfortable helmets we had to wear), it's: Mark, me, Sam, Augusto, Jenny, Ryan, Leigh and Jason.

I made monkey bread and we were in a sugar coma for the rest of the morning.

Clay's cousin, Cady, loved the ball pit!
And once he saw her having fun in it, he decided that he was going to like it too! We now can't keep him out of it!
I am so thankful for the wonderful Christmas we had and being able to spend it with our family! We have been truly blessed!
